Organizational Leadership, BBA

The road to the C-Suite requires attention to personal development, including knowledge and skills that not only make you an effective leader, but also help you elevate others to be the best they can be.

Students pursuing the Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership gain an understanding of the skills necessary to effectively work with and influence, as well as motivate, others within an organizational setting. Hands-on experience explores leading and working effectively in teams.

What You'll Learn

In addition to satisfying the requirements of the University’s Cognates Program of General Education and electives to meet the overall 120-credit degree requirement, students pursuing the BBA in Organizational Leadership must complete the BBA Business Core of Required Courses and the specific coursework for the Organizational Leadership area of specialization.
