Fast Immersion Modules

At Miami Herbert, we are reinventing executive education.

Whether delivered online, in-person, or as a hybrid format, Miami Herbert’s Executive Education Team works with you to co-create high-caliber custom program modules to address and help you overcome critical organizational deficiencies. In addition to fully customized integrated programs, we also offer Fast Immersion Modules which are condensed microlearning sessions that offer a snapshot on a particular topic/content area, with general customization.

Fast Immersion Modules™ Delivered Online

Pick from 90 Fast Immersion Modules™ that address a skills gap in your organization. We deliver these two- to four-hour FIMs, with computer-based self-assessments and team projects, fully or partially online, as best suits the organization.

Fast Immersion Modules™ Delivered In-Person

Faculty present the selected FIMs over two- or three-day seminars or in sequences throughout several weeks or months.

Renowned professors offer personable instruction and coaching, addressing many of the main challenges that global corporations face today, such as in developing their leaders, managing organizational change, and navigating digital disruptions. For specialized discussions, we draw on the full range of scholars at the University of Miami, as well as many of South Florida’s entrepreneurs, experienced practitioners, and former CEOs.

Joining our in-person programs brings you to vibrant Miami, a multicultural gateway to Latin America and other regions of the world. Network, learn, and strengthen your skills while enjoying the tropical setting and an energetic town.
