Leading AI Transformation is a 10-week blended program where senior leaders and their teams move from AI pilots to scaled transformation, guided by a leading digital transformation researcher at Miami Herbert Business School.
Stop piloting. Start scaling

Why Now?

Nearly every company is using AI. Almost none are getting the value. The gap is not tools, it is transformation: redesigning how the organization actually works. This program closes it.
88%

of organizations use AI in at least one function

~2 in 3

are still stuck in pilots, not at scale

39%

report any bottom-line impact from AI

Who this is for

  • C-suite and mid-senior leaders responsible for making AI real, not just talked about
  • Directors of strategy, operations, digital, transformation, and the functions
  • Leadership teams of three to five from the same organization (the signature move); individuals welcome too
  • Professionals across banking, insurance, legal, defense, media, healthcare, and consulting
  • No technical background required; built for business leaders, not engineers

The experience (curriculum)

Ten modules, each producing one building block. By the end, the blocks assemble into the participant's own transformation plan.

  1. The gap and your ambition. Diagnose pilots versus scale, bolted-on versus AI-native, and align the team on what to transform.
  2. AI strategy and business models. The AI market stack, where value accrues, and AI-native models that scale on data network effects.
  3. Redesigning the operating model. Map the work, then redesign it around AI, not the reverse.
  4. Decision-making under AI. What to delegate, augment, or keep human, and how to combine them.
  5. Building with AI I (lab). Build a working AI agent for a real task in your context.
  6.  Building with AI II (lab). Compose workflows and ground AI in your own knowledge.
  7. Governance, risk, and verification. Guardrails matched to the stakes, and verification habits across the team.
  8. Leading the human side. Change, capability building, and the culture that makes it stick.
  9. From pilot to scale. The metrics, the business case, and the decision to scale.
  10. The board-ready plan (capstone). Integrate everything, present, and commit to a 90-day start.

Agenda and learning outcomes

What participants leave with:

  • A board-ready AI transformation plan for their own organization
  • Working AI agents built for their context
  • A baseline-to-scale measurement plan and business case
  • An aligned leadership team with shared language and decision rights
