Podcast Foundations
The Podcast Foundations Course is a high-level, proactive 6-week curriculum that guides participants through all facets of starting a podcast, growing an audience, leveraging a personal brand, and monetizing a platform. Led by Andre Dunand, Founder of Stay Tranquilo Network, this course equips creators with the mindset, tools, and strategy to launch and scale a successful podcast.
Through expert instruction, applied skills practice, and industry insights, participants will:

- Build a podcast workflow calendar
- Plan recording logistics (solo, remote guests, in-studio)
- Prep scripting and outlining system
- Activities: Production calendar, guest booking templates, pre-show checklist
- Understand essential gear (mic, interface, software)
- Set up recording environment for quality sound
- Learn basic audio editing and episode packaging
- Activities: Gear breakdown, Audacity/Adobe Audition walkthrough, practice recording & editing a test episode
- Choose a podcast host & set up show details
- Submit to Apple, Spotify, Google, YouTube
- Design a launch plan with teasers, trailers, and rollout strategy
- Activities: Distribution platform comparison, show artwork & trailer episode creation, launch checklist
- Build a cross-platform content strategy (TikTok, IG, YT Shorts)
- Learn podcast analytics and track growth
- Explore monetization opportunities: sponsorships, merch, Patreon, network deals
- Activities: 30-day social content plan, sponsor pitch deck, monetization roadmap, record a teaser episode
- Record a live episode in-studio or remotely to showcase what participants have built
