The 2nd Annual Business of Blockchain Technology Conference will take place Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the University of Miami, located in Coral Gables, Florida. The conference offers a forum for academics, professionals, and policymakers to showcase and discuss the latest business-relevant blockchain technology research, issues, and practices.
The conference deals with blockchain technology and its promise for a variety of business applications. It focuses on the business of blockchain technology as it manifests in its business models, use cases, and applications. It covers themes such as decentralized finance, the crypto ecosystem, regulation, tokenization, non-fungible tokens, and global perspectives on blockchain adoption and diffusion.
This conference offers a venue for presenting and discussing novel research on the business of blockchain technology. We encourage extended abstracts of conceptual and empirical work and panel proposals.
*The registration fee for the conference is $150. The fee covers light meals and refreshments as specified in the program. The fee for Ph.D. students is waived (please use the code: PHDstudent).
