Olivia Ramos

Olivia Ramos, CEO/Founder, Deepblocks
Olivia Ramos is an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of Deepblocks, an artificial intelligence platform consolidating all the tools and processes needed to analyze any real estate project. She is a graduate of all three Singularity University startup programs, GSP, Incubator, and Accelerator, and was the only woman participant in the DARPA Innovation House program. Olivia holds a Master’s of Architecture from Columbia University, a Master’s of Real Estate Development from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Florida.


Dr. Pavel Entin

Dr. Pavel Entin, CEO/Founder, SynPlanet
Dr. Pavel Entin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deep tech, artificial intelligence, and defense technologies. Currently serving as CEO and Co-founder of SynPlanet since November 2021, Dr. Entin is also a Venture Partner at Thundermark Capital and Co-Founder of Guardians of the Blockchain. Additional roles include being an Alumnus of Polkadot Base Camp, Advisory Board Member at Morpheus XR, and a member of the Crypto Valley Association. Dr. Entin's previous experience encompasses leadership positions such as Head of Development at Australian Silicon Valley and Head of Strategic Communications at SENSORIUM CORPORATION. An accomplished academic, Dr. Entin holds a PhD in International Economics and a Master's degree in International Finance from the Russian University of Cooperation.


Jose Quan

Jose Quan is a Guatemalan entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business operations and applied machine learning. Long before the LLM boom, he worked with computer vision and document automation systems at scale. As Regional Director at Cartridge World Central America, he oversaw operations processing 12–15 million pages per month for hundreds of organizations. Before entrepreneurship, he held roles at Procter & Gamble Central America and KPMG Consulting.

In 2023, he founded Docs2ai, an AI-first startup specializing in intelligent document processing using large language models. Today, Docs2ai is partnering with Lexmark to embed AI natively into millions of existing office devices worldwide, delivering advanced automation to users in over 170 countries. His work has been recognized by NVIDIA Inception, Microsoft for Startups, and Guatemala’s National Innovation Award.


Sarah Cuellar

Sarah Cuellar, Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, DataShapes AI
Sarah Cuellar serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for DataShapes AI. DataShapes AI is a patented first-in-class AI that automates radio frequency intelligence, enabling warfighters to control the battle of the spectrum—no matter where it’s fought. Before DataShapes, Sarah served as the Deputy Director of the EnergyPortfolio for Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) located in Mountain View, California. As the Deputy Director, she oversaw over 30 energy projects and $383 million in project funding. She also served as the Combatant Command Embed to the United States Southern Command. Before her role at DIU, she was employed by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Liaison Officer (GS15) for the United States Southern Command. As a Liaison Officer, she oversaw eight Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstrations (JCTD), two Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF), one Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO), and one Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER) valued at over 175 million dollars. From 2012- 2018, Ms. Cuellar worked as a Senior Public-Private Partnerships Coordinator. She created and sustained strategic relationships with local in-country non-governmental organizations (NGOs), businesses, and academic institutions in over 14 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Cuellar was selected to serve as an advisor to the Commander’s Action Group to attain key partnerships with academia, service academies, and think tanks. Before her role in the J9, she was the Civil Affairs Operations Noncommissioned Officer in charge at United States Southern Command. Her duties in this capacity included coordinating and overseeing all Reserve General Purpose Joint Civil Affairs forces deployed in the western hemisphere. Ms. Cuellar retired from the US Army Reserve in 2024 after twenty years of serving her country as a Human Intelligence Collector/Interrogator. Before her career at the United States Southern Command, she was a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Bayview Financial in Coral Gables, Florida. She has a master’s degree from Florida International University in Global Risks and Political Affairs and currently resides in Florida with her family.
