Steps to Apply

  1. Submit an online application and pay the $100 fee.
  2. Provide the following documents:
    • Transcripts of your latest degree: A master’s degree is preferred but not required
    • Your résumé.
    • A letter of recommendation. 
    • TOEFL, IELTS, or the Duolingo English Test, if applicable. This applies to most international applicants.
    • A personal essay. Your essay should be approximately 750–1,000 words, clearly written, and reflective of your genuine thoughts and intentions. This essay is a critical component of your application and provides us with valuable insight into your aspirations and readiness for the program. Please address the following topics in your essay:​ 
      • Motivations and goals: Share your reasons for pursuing the EDBA degree and outline your professional and personal goals.  How does this program align with your aspirations?
      • Research Interests: Describe the areas of research that interest you. Are there specific challenges or opportunities in your field or industry that you wish to explore through your DBA research?
      • Time Management: The EDBA program requires a significant time commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per week. Explain how you plan to manage this commitment alongside your professional and personal responsibilities.
