This program blends Miami Herbert’s world-class business education with PAC’s proven expertise in life and career transitions. Guided by the pillars Engage, Educate, and Empower, participants join three high-impact sessions each week—combining leadership coaching, faculty- and industry expert–led learning, and purposeful networking.
Across six themed weeks, participants redefine identity, strengthen business and leadership capabilities, and explore opportunities in entrepreneurship, real estate, corporate careers, and personal growth.

Format: 6 weeks | 3 live sessions per week (~3 hours each)

Athletes join small, consistent coaching pods led by PAC’s Certified Performance and Leadership Coaches. These sessions focus on identity rebuilding, self-awareness, clarity, and purpose activation, while fostering trust, vulnerability, and accountability—mirroring the culture of the locker room.
Faculty & Expert Sessions
Workshops designed by the University of Miami Herbert Business School and PAC industry experts equip athletes with practical skills for success in entrepreneurship, real estate, and traditional careers. Each session is designed for direct application, preparing participants for real-world readiness and long-term growth.
Empowerment Panels
Elite professional athletes and business leaders share unfiltered insights on success, reinvention, and resilience. Through storytelling, Q&A, and mentorship, these panels inspire confidence and action, motivating athletes to step boldly into their next chapter.
