The "Black in Business" program is designed to address the unique needs of Black students’ pursuing business degrees. This initiative aims to enhance students’ social and academic capital through supportive mechanisms including round table discussions, mentorship and networking opportunities with current Black faculty, alumni and business professionals.

These professional development resources intend to empower our Black business student community to not only excel in their academic endeavors but also prepare them for what lies beyond the U. Our goal is to enhance our students’ self-efficacy by creating a sense of belonging within the black business community and the University of Miami.
